Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms. Utilize proper techniques for floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning preferences. Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and efficiently to deliver top-quality results. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Basic familiarity with laundry procedures and household cleaning supplies.
