Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team to manage projects of varying scopes of services. More details will be discussed throughout the interview process. Lamar has multiple housing programs underway in Louisiana, North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. All states offer opportunities. Qualifications and Technical Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction management experience or project management or construction superintendent experience is required. Demonstrate Lamar's core values of a small business mentality approach, safety, success, and family. Minimum of A.S. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related industry is preferred, however relevant construction experience is acceptable. Detailed understanding of construction processes, project schedules, and subcontractor management. Ability to form strong, transparent, and trusting relationships with owners, professional service entities, and subcontractors/vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
