Residential Construction Technician (Multi-Trade)

Residential Construction Technician (Multi-Trade) We are hiring an experienced, dependable field technician to perform residential construction and remodeling work. This is a hands-on position requiring real trade experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency on job sites.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential construction and remodeling work Carpentry, drywall, trim, flooring, tile, painting, and general repairs Assist with interior and exterior finish work, with occasional framing Read plans and follow defined scopes of work Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Provide daily progress updates, including photos Travel between job sites as needed Qualifications (Required): Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience Strong working knowledge across multiple trades Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Ability to read plans and execute work accordingly Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must own basic hand tools Able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work
