Residential Direct Care Coach Part Time Location :

Sunday:

8 - 6pm Monday & Tuesday 4 - 10 pm

Starting at $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities:

Provides relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents Plan and actively assist residents in their recovery process and attaining their goals Responds to any critical needs or crisis situation Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, reactional, social, and cultural activities

Qualifications:

Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships with residents CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
