Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to various flooring types. Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Use janitorial and custodial experience to manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility in household chores. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the workday. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
