What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials Perform routine inspections and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance Load, unload, and move materials using plant machinery and tools Follow safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn plant and heavy equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and take initiative on assigned tasks Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $29.15 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
