Our person-centered approach to care celebrates people for who they are and empowers them to become active participants in the communities where they live, work, and play We are seeking a reliable and committed individual for our Residential House Manager position in Akron.

$19.00 - $200 rate per hour (based on experience and home worked in) Overtime eligible Weekly pay Incentives for worked holidays An amazing team atmosphere that is supportive and transparent Paid Training for CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Flexible schedule and ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance As a Residential House Manager you will: Oversee and participate in the provision of direct care Ensures and supervises the safety, health and well-being of all individuals Performs in-home training with the Direct Support Professional and is responsible for related household chores Maintains accurate accounting of resident funds and expenditures Recommends assignments; transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and other personnel actions Reports unusual incidents and communicates unusual medical situations as requested Ensures proper shift coverage for the site, individual and staffing emergencies Working open shifts as well as monitoring overtime budget Duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old with Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred Open availability Hiring immediately!!
