Residential HVAC Service Technician

Summary We are seeking motivated, skilled technicians to enhance our team in the DC Metro Area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch heating and air conditioning services, contributing to our mission of delivering quality and reliable HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities include but limited to:

Maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, mini splits and package units Evaluate system performance and diagnose issues. Provide excellent customer service during all interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role for minimum of three years Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical principles. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA and CFC certification is preferred but not required.
