OBJECTIVES
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a full range of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time — with clear communication, confident problem-solving, and proactive recommendations Identify bigger needs and hand off sales opportunities to senior techs or Comfort Advisors Present multiple solution options — from quick fixes to long-term upgrades — and educate the homeowner clearly Promote Malek's full line of services with integrity and confidence Keep detailed digital records of service calls, system status, and sales handoff opportunities Own your numbers: performance, service revenue influence, customer satisfaction Follow up and follow through — making sure the customer journey stays smooth from first knock to final fix

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred EPA certification required Valid driver's license with clean record Must be registered as an HVAC tech with the State of Texas
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, bending, climbing, sitting, small crawl spaces and heights Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Wear safety attire, such as goggles or other protective clothing Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc. Work in high or elevated places and/or in tight spaces Ability to withstand hot and cold indoor and outdoor temperatures Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
COMPENSATION
Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonuses Earn what you're worth. Get rewarded for doing the right thing, not just upselling.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On-call rotation for after-hours emergency service
