We need real HVAC technicians who can: Diagnose systems correctly the first time Communicate repair options confidently to customers Perform repairs without needing hand-holding Replace TXVs, compressors, evaporator coils, condenser coils, contactors, capacitors, motors, etc. Recover refrigerant properly Braze and solder cleanly Pressure test, vacuum, and recharge systems correctly Handle maintenance calls that turn into real opportunities Represent the company professionally inside customers' homes If you're scared to talk to customers, scared to sell repairs, or need another tech to figure out the problem for you - this is not your shop.

REQUIREMENTS

Residential/light commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license and clean background Own tools Strong communication skills Professional appearance Ability to work independently without excuses Here's the reality: A technician who can diagnose, communicate, and execute is worth far more than an hourly wage.
