State Issued Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician's License and Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as a technical expert for Premier Technology Group, transforming residential electrical floorplans into high-quality, functional power systems. This role empowers you to execute complex installations with precision while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety and aesthetic excellence. You will make a tangible impact by providing reliable electrical solutions and specialized lighting systems for our valued clients. How You Will Make an Impact Interpret detailed electrical floorplans and blueprints to ensure concealed wiring is perfectly placed before walls and ceilings are finalized. Organize the layout and installation of electrical equipment and fixtures based on strict job specifications and local safety codes. Maintain and operate a safe work environment for yourself and those around you. Coordinate new installations to minimize material waste and ensure all wiring remains accessible for future maintenance and repairs. Install advanced control and distribution apparatus, including lighting control equipment, switches, and circuit-breaker panels. Repair faulty systems or equipment promptly to maintain project timelines and ensure homeowner safety. Collaborate with management by providing expert advice on equipment hazards and site safety protocols. Operate from ladders and scaffolds to maintain or repair electrical wiring in diverse residential environments. Required Qualifications & Experience Active State Issued Journeyman Electrician's License. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Proven ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client interactions. Basic computer literacy for project documentation and reporting. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field. Specialized experience in high-end residential lighting installations. Positive customer service skills with a focus on respectful client interactions. Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex residential electrical codes. Being bilingual in Spanish is a major plus. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with a competitive hourly rate.
