Job Description

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and follow up with prospective tenants. • Prepare and post online listings and advertisements, and support apartment advertising, social media content, community outreach, resident events, and coordinating open houses. Conduct (or schedule) unit showings and assist applicants through the screening, approval, and leasing process. Draft and process leases, renewals, and addenda in line with company standards and Minnesota housing requirements. Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring units are clean, functional, and well-presented. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections; document findings and ensure follow-up work orders are completed. Serve as a main point of contact for tenant questions related to leasing, rent, and general service inquiries. Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in property management software and CRM systems. Assist occasionally with light cleaning, unit preps, or small maintenance tasks during turnovers. Support property managers with administrative or operational tasks as needed, such as notice postings, key tracking, or vendor coordination. Promote a positive tenant experience through clear communication, consistency, and professionalism. • Prepare and post online listings and advertisements, and support apartment advertising, social media content, community outreach, resident events, and coordinating open houses. Experience and Skills Minimum of 12 months (preferred) experience in residential leasing, property management, or a customer service-related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in both phone and in-person tenant interactions. Proficiency with leasing and property management software, email, spreadsheets, and online listing platforms. Basic understanding of Fair Housing, leasing documentation, and tenant relations best practices. High attention to detail, organizational ability, and task follow-through. Comfortable with occasional light cleaning, physical unit tasks, or inspection-related duties. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required. Customer-service oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities. Professional demeanor, collaborative attitude, and ability to represent the company positively with residents and partners. Schedule and Compensation Full-time, Monday to Friday, generally during business hours with occasional evenings or weekends for showings or move-ins/outs. Compensation based on experience. Pay periods every other week. Paid holidays. Paid time off. Weekend pay for after hour work (time and a half).
Pay:
$17.75 - $22.50 per hour
