Full-Time Job Summary J&S Plumbing Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Plumbing Technician to perform warranty and service calls for both new construction homes and existing residential properties throughout the DFW area. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, excellent customer service, and consistent communication with the office. Key Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service and warranty repairs on new homes and existing homes Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and complete repairs efficiently Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner across the DFW area Communicate daily with the office regarding completed work, issues encountered, and parts needed Submit daily service reports and documentation as required Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing J&S Plumbing Services Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repairs to homeowners when needed Ensure all work meets company standards, local plumbing codes, and safety requirements Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in good working condition Report any jobsite concerns, warranty issues, or recurring problems to management Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (service and/or warranty preferred) Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and troubleshooting techniques Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to use mobile devices or software for reporting and documentation Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Preferred Qualifications Texas plumbing license or apprentice registration Experience working with new home builders and warranty work Familiarity with DFW-area residential construction What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Steady year-round work Supportive office and field team Opportunity for growth within

J&S Plumbing Services Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
