Job Description

Residential Specialist The pay range for this position is $20-$23.1990 per hour. $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment! Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay! Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year! As a Residential Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals. To be successful as a Residential Specialist, you will have: A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver Located just a short driving distance from Keene, Lebanon, and Hanover, New Hampshire, you can have it all - great family communities, work/life balance, no traffic, the shopping, and a much lower cost of living than larger cities.
