What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities As our Restaurant Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of service and quality. Managing staff and ensuring a smooth shift and excellent guest service at all times. Leading and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer experiences. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a full-service and upscale dining concept (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
