Restaurant Bathroom Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Bathroom Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene of our restroom facilities. This vital role involves maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff by performing thorough cleaning and custodial duties. Duties Regularly clean and sanitize all restroom surfaces, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials to maintain adequate availability for guests and staff. Conduct routine inspections of restroom facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Monitor restrooms continuously during shifts to promptly address any spills, messes, or sanitation concerns. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and applying appropriate cleaning agents to keep floors safe and spotless. Follow all health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning practices while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with general janitorial duties as needed to support overall facility maintenance and cleanliness standards. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, mops, and other custodial tools. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ages 21+ Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and facility maintenance. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift supplies, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
