Must have reliable transpertation. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain sanitation and food safety standards through proper handling, cleaning, and food storage procedures Assist with food handling tasks including stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations Support quick service operations by managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order delivery Uphold restaurant policies on food safety, sanitation, and customer service to create a positive environment for guests and team members Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while ensuring quality standards are met Join us and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
