RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - RESIDENTS' BEACH HOUSE

The Restaurant General Manager - Residents' Beach House is a key leadership role within the Hualālai Club, responsible for overseeing a high-touch, relationship-driven dining experience for homeowners and their guests. Set in a relaxed yet refined beachfront setting, this role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building community, creating personalized experiences, and leading from the floor. The General Manager serves as the face of the outlet—fostering lasting relationships with residents while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with Four Seasons values Create a warm, personalized, and consistent experience for residents and guests Maintain a visible and active presence on the floor, especially during peak periods Build meaningful relationships with Hualālai Club members, anticipating preferences and delivering thoughtful service Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality, seasonally relevant menus Manage financial performance, including labor, cost control, and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement while maintaining the unique beach house atmosphere—elevated, yet relaxed

WHAT TO BRING

Experience leading in a luxury hospitality, resort, or private club environment A passion for relationship-driven service and creating memorable guest experiences Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams Business acumen across labor management, cost control, and operational performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A hands-on, adaptable approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
