Boutique Sales Associate

At Tasty Bou ( Tasty Kona's boutique) we believe s hopping should feel inspiring, personal and fun. We are looking for a friendly, fashion-forward Sales Associate/Stylist who loves people, has strong style/fashion instincts, and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences. This role is more than ringing up sales

• it's about connecting with customers helping them feel confident, building outfits, styling accessories, and creating a welcoming boutique atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, genuine and non-pushy way.
• Assist customers with styling, fit, outfit building, and product recommendations
• Help increase sells through upselling and cross selling.
• Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Restock merchandise and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Operate Square POS and process transactions accurately.
• Support store goals, promotions, and daily sales targets.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Ideal qualities:

• Strong personal style and interests in fashion/resort wear
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to multitask
• Self motivated and proactive during downtime.
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Retail or styling experience is a plus, but personality and attitude matter most.
