We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to be part of this exciting new venture. We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Restaurant Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this lively role, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a memorable dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with seating, special requests, and guest relations to ensure a seamless experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas Support the restaurant team by communicating guest needs clearly and promptly Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in food service, hospitality, or hotel guest services is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Previous restaurant or hospitality experience enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
