YearOperational Management:

1. Manage all day-to-day food and beverage operations at Tillie's Restaurant to the highest standards.2. Actively work on the floor during service to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.3. Inspect and develop standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery.4. Identify customer needs and respond proactively to enhance the dining experience.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead the front-of-house team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.2. Anticipate customer needs with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.3. Conduct weekly manager meetings to ensure alignment and address operational challenges.4. Train and develop managers to foster a high-performing team.

Sales and Inventory Management:

1. Manage Private Dining Room sales to maximize revenue opportunities.2. Maintain all alcohol inventory and oversee beverage costs to ensure profitability.3. Manage the tip process for all front-of-house staff, ensuring transparency and fairness.4. Keep a dynamic and diverse wine menu that complements the dining experience.

Quality Control and Customer Experience:

1. Conduct daily quality control checks to maintain high service standards.2. Follow up on reviews and maintain high scores across all platforms.3. Develop food and beverage-related programs in collaboration with the Activities Manager.4. Manage the pool pass program and staffing to enhance guest offerings.

Financial Oversight:

1. Analyze financial reports and make managerial decisions as necessary to achieve objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality, and cleanliness.2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations regarding health, safety, and labor requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests.

Marketing and Administration:

1. Develop and ensure execution of monthly marketing plans to promote the restaurant.2. Collaborate with HR to meet payroll needs and ensure compliance with company policies.3. Perform any other duties as needed to support the restaurant's success.

RequirementsProven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
