About the Opportunity East End Restaurant is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality operations, enjoys developing strong teams, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences. As a key member of the management team, the Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations while helping drive service excellence, team culture, operational efficiency, and continued business growth. During peak patio and seasonal periods, this leadership role may offer additional opportunities to support extended operations and elevated guest demand. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Work closely with kitchen and other managers and other front-of-house managers to ensure a smooth and elevated dining experience. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Be someone that embraces company procedures to ensure that your staff knows how to handle a variety of situations. Support continuous operational improvements and uphold the restaurant's reputation for quality and hospitality. Team Leadership & Development Constantly be aware of situations to mentor front and back-of-house team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and growth from your staff. Lead by example and help cultivate a workplace where employees feel supported and motivated. Guest Experience Champion a high standard of hospitality and personalized customer service. Address guest feedback and service opportunities with professionalism and urgency. Build lasting relationships with guests and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Financial & Business Management Assist in managing restaurant financial performance, including labor, inventory, and operational expenses. Ability to oversee ordering, vendor coordination, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Review business metrics and identify opportunities to enhance profitability, efficiency, and guest engagement. Community Engagement & Promotions Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and special events designed to grow guest loyalty and community presence. Collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Quality & Brand Standards Ensure food, beverage, and service standards consistently reflect the restaurant's commitment to excellence. Partner with culinary leadership on menu updates, seasonal offerings, and guest experience enhancements. Maintain an inviting, polished, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations. Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest experience management. Experience with restaurant management systems and standard business software. Ability to remain composed, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume seasonal periods. Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous work experience in fast casual or family style restaurants will strongly be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
