Schedule/Hours:

Shifts:

6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am Schedule released monthly Weekend rotation: 4 weekend shifts per month Holiday coverage: As needed No on-call requirement

Qualifications/Experience:

1 year of respiratory therapy experience (adult critical care required) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRTs considered with strong experience BLS and ACLS certifications ABG and ABLS proficiency Willingness to learn pediatric care Flexibility to float within the hospital campus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ventilator patients, oxygen and aerosol treatments, trach care, CPT, suctioning, PEP therapy Utilize advanced equipment including V60 bipap, PB 980, Hamilton MR-1, and more Adapt to Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing Collaborate under the guidance of an on-shift supervisor Support and educate patients and families
