The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will help manage staff, budget effectively, and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Implement effective budgeting strategies to control costs and maximize profitability. Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance customer engagement. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management, preferably in a quick service fast food environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficient in budgeting and financial management within the restaurant industry. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the food service industry and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
