Jun 15, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 4 years Job Details Confidential — Restaurant Manager An established, high-volume upscale restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. We are a fast-paced, hospitality-driven operation with a strong food, beverage, and service culture. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, organized, hospitality-focused, and thrives in an energetic restaurant environment. This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, maintaining service standards, and driving operational consistency. Responsibilities Oversee daily floor operations and service execution Lead and support FOH teams including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Maintain strong guest experience and hospitality standards Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness Coach staff through active floor leadership Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively Support management with opening/closing procedures and daily operations Maintain service standards during high-volume periods Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth execution Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Experience in high-volume upscale or polished casual restaurants preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Hospitality-driven mindset with strong floor presence Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: leads by example is highly present during service understands guest flow and floor management can hold teams accountable professionally thrives in busy restaurant environments values hospitality, teamwork, and consistency Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunity within expanding hospitality group Performance-based advancement opportunities All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.
