Duties:

Overseeing all staffing and keeping staff informed. Control daily operations Compile schedule for hourly staff Responsible for large party reservations Proficient in running festival tent events on locations Training schedule for front of house, bar, and kitchen Interviewing hourly applicants Hiring and onboarding new staff Works closely with HR to address employee relations issues Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
