2+ years' experience as a full-service, high volume restaurant manager Must have Full-Service Restaurant experience Strong

Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times Exceptional leadership and development of the team Manage food costs, tracking waste and controlling labor costs & P&L Oversee compliance with all laws, service and safety guidelines About the job: Responsible for daily operations and staff Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses Build sales and control cost Ensure that all laws and legislative guidelines are being met Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members.
