This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to provide friendly service while working efficiently during busy hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Take dine-in and takeout orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages professionally and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations Assist with opening and closing duties Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a professional manner Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders accurately Support team members during busy service periods Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Experience with POS systems or delivery platforms is a plus Preferred Skills Hospitality or food service background Barista or cashier experience Experience handling dine-in and takeout operations Strong attention to detail and guest experience Ability to maintain professionalism during busy periods What We're Looking For We value team members who are dependable, respectful, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent hospitality.
