Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency in line with company standards Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and inventory control to optimize resources Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary procedures, and timely service delivery Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Background in hospitality management, including staff training, team management, and restaurant operations Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop staff effectively Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your energy fuels our success!
