Position Details Location:

Troy, Michigan Full-Time & Part-Time Available Evening Shift Pay:

Up to $20/hour based on experience Typical shifts run between 2 PM - 9 PM What You'll Do As a PM Shift Leader, you'll help run daily operations during evening shifts while leading the team and maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members during shift operations Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle guest concerns Help maintain fast ticket times and smooth kitchen workflow Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation standards are followed Assist with opening and closing duties Handle cash transactions and balancing responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Support training and coaching of team members Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and staffing needs Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods What We're Looking For Leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Evening and weekend availability Food service or grill experience is a plus Why Work With Us?
