Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to increase sales and promote special offers Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage food handling responsibilities safely while following health regulations and sanitation procedures Assist in food prep tasks including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within a fast-paced restaurant or café setting Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great food meets exceptional service!
