We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Restoration Coordinator to support our operations team and help ensure every project is documented, managed, and completed efficiently. This role is critical to the success of our operation. The coordinator works closely with production managers, office staff, accounting, and leadership to maintain complete and accurate job files, support estimate and documentation review, ensure compliance with program requirements, and help move projects through the billing and closeout process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where communication, accountability, and follow-through matter. Responsibilities Track and manage active job files daily through completion Ensure all required job documentation, photos, drying logs, and notes are complete and accurate Review estimates and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Maintain job portal workflow and Work-in-Progress tracking for active jobs Verify compliance with client, carrier, franchise, and program requirements Communicate with production managers, office staff, customers, adjusters, and partners as needed Review timestamps, job notes, and documentation for accuracy and reporting purposes Prepare completed job files for upload, billing, and audit review Audit job files to ensure completed work is properly documented and invoiced Coordinate with accounting and operations to support timely job closeout and collections Assist with administrative support and operational projects as needed Qualifications Administrative, coordination, or estimating experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable using digital systems for documentation, workflow, and reporting Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries preferred but not required Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-time position Approximately 20 hours per week to start In-office position Opportunity for growth based on performance and business needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off 401(k) with company match (per eligibility requirements) Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Meaningful work helping customers during challenging situations All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
