PM Key Responsibilities:

Assume full Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) responsibilities as designated by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision. Collaborate with an experienced technician team to maintain high-quality patient care. Manage and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth pharmacy functioning.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current and active Nevada pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary actions. Prior experience serving as Pharmacist in Charge in a retail setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate pharmacy staff. Commitment to excellent customer service and adherence to regulatory standards. Flexibility to assume interim PIC duties immediately.
