We are a customer-focused boutique offering a curated selection of women's apparel, home goods and gifts. Our store is built on personalized service, attention to detail, and creating an elevated shopping experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for the newest

FULL-TIME

addition to our LA ROBE team! Someone who is warm, motivated, and reliable. Experience in retail management is a plus - but it is not a requirement.

What You'll Do:

Meeting monthly sales goals through training and working as a team. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandizing standards. Process transactions accurately using POS system. Steaming Running the sales floor & styling clients. Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of retail selling preferred. Management Retail Experience a plus. Ability to adapt to different personalities. Time management. Organization Brand Awareness Saturdays/Holidays are required. Minimum hours expected 30-40 hours per week. Ability to work independently.
