We are hiring confident, proactive Retail Sales Associates / Brand Ambassadors at multiple Capranea & Dahu brand store locations. This is first and foremost a selling role for someone who is energized by engaging clients, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships. You'll be the face of two world-class Swiss brands — guiding guests through expertly engineered apparel and boots, sharing the story behind the products, and turning every visit into a memorable experience. Responsibilities Deliver a high-touch, personalized selling experience that reflects our premium positioning. Proactively engage every guest, uncover their needs, and recommend the right product. Speak confidently about Capranea apparel construction, fabrics, and fit, and the unique modular technology behind Dahu boots. Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets. Build and maintain a client book with sizes, preferences, and follow-up notes; stay in touch with clients between visits. Support appointment-based selling and clienteling outreach during peak periods. Maintain a refined, intentional in-store atmosphere consistent with our premium alpine identity. Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, restocking, and sizing organization. Execute opening and closing procedures and operate the POS accurately. Qualifications Prior sales experience required; premium, boutique, or specialty retail strongly preferred. Polished, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Natural seller who thrives on proactive engagement, not just store coverage. Passion for skiing, the outdoor lifestyle, or premium apparel is a meaningful plus. Comfortable using POS systems and CRM or clienteling tools. Available weekends, holidays, and peak winter-season hours. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
