Excavation Team Member Join a team that digs deep—literally and professionally. We're looking for hardworking and dependable Excavation Crew Members to join our growing company.

What You'll Do:

Depending on experience, job duties may include: Operating equipment for earthwork and excavation Installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) Assisting with civil construction tasks such as grading, trenching, and backfilling Working with site supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently Helping keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates of all experience levels

• from entry-level laborers to skilled operators Willingness to learn on the job and take direction A strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Reliable transportation and a commitment to showing up ready to work CDL or equipment operating experience is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity to get your boots dirty and build a career in a high-demand industry.
