Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting parts. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management. Stock shelves accurately and organize displays to promote seasonal items and best-selling products through effective merchandising. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by managing stock levels, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring aisles are safe and accessible. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly with clear communication skills. Support store operations by assisting with inventory counts, processing shipments, and supporting e-commerce order fulfillment when needed. Qualifications Passion for retail sales with a strong interest in automotive and marine systems. Excellent communication skills Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, or stock management is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as part of daily store operations. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Marine engines is advantageous but enthusiasm for learning is key.
