Role:

We're currently hiring for our Ellenton Premium Outlets location ! This store blends our high-vibe boutique experience with the fast-paced energy of an outlet environment. We're looking for someone who is grounded, engaging, and able to keep up with steady foot traffic while still creating meaningful customer interactions. If you love talking to people, enjoy a dynamic retail environment, and have an interest in crystals and spiritual tools, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Greet every customer warmly and create an inviting first impression Provide helpful, intuitive service tailored to each guest Share your knowledge (or growing knowledge) of crystals, jewelry, incense, and spiritual tools Maintain store standards through restocking, cleaning, and merchandising Operate the register accurately and efficiently Support inventory flow between backroom and sales floor Balance speed and presence — serving multiple customers while keeping the experience personal

What We're Looking For:

Retail or customer service experience required (boutique or high-volume retail preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Weekend availability is required (Saturday and/or Sunday) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting/restocking products Interest in crystals, energy tools, or spiritual wellness Basic math skills and POS system familiarity Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
