Retail Sales Associate - Army Barracks (Saugus, MA) Part-Time | Cool Gear | Great Team Love unique products? Enjoy helping people? Looking for a fun retail job where no two days are the same? Army Barracks in Saugus, MA is hiring an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We're a one-of-a-kind Army/Navy store open to the public, specializing in military surplus, camping, survival, tactical gear, airsoft—and tons of unique finds including clothing, boots, backpacks, knives, swords, and novelty items for all ages. Our goal? Create a memorable shopping experience customers want to come back to (and tell their friends about).

Schedule Store hours:

10 AM - 6 PM daily Typical shifts: 10-6 or 12-6 Weekend availability required Must be available both Saturday and Sunday (you'll usually work one, but must be able to cover either) What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with friendly, upbeat service Run transactions on our POS system Answer phone calls and emails professionally Work with teammates and management to complete daily tasks Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting Help create an awesome shopping experience for every customer What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic, customer-first attitude Interest in learning about our wide range of products Strong communication skills 1+ year retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Must be 18+ Able to stand for shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend/crouch as needed Comfortable handling and discussing airsoft, knives, and weapon-themed merchandise Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays Why Army Barracks?
