Retail Sales Associate With Experience in a Womens Clothing Boutique

Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to work in a Womens clothing Boutique. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting our customers complete outfits, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong fashion sense, retail experience in a high end Womens Clothing, and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their clothing needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create a welcoming shopping environment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience in womens clothing is a must Holidays and Saturdays are non negotiable Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Must have strong tech skills with POS and Credit card machines Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of merchandising and stocking is advantageous Ability to work with customers giving attention to detail and wardrobe building This position is vital in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting the overall success of our retail operations.
