What You'll Do Lead and support the sales team to create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience Drive sales through customer engagement, coaching, and strong floor leadership Help manage daily store operations, merchandising, and overall store appearance Train, motivate, and develop team members Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and problem-solving Ensure every customer receives exceptional, personalized service Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
