Retail Shop Assistant - Island Sip & Shop on Anna Maria Island

The Shop Island Sip & Shop is a "coastal cowgirl" beach boutique in the heart of Anna Maria Island. We cater to locals and vacationers with beachy vibes, stylish finds, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes people want to come back. The Job You're the face of the shop. You'll greet customers, help them find what they're looking for, and make sure everyone who walks through the door has a great experience. Day to day, that means ringing up sales on the POS system, keeping shelves stocked, maintaining eye-catching displays, and helping with opening and closing. Some days are steady. Some days the island is packed and you won't stop moving. If you're friendly, energetic, and love being around people from all over, this is your kind of job. What You Need Warm, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable with POS systems and handling transactions. Able to multitask and keep pace during busy stretches. A love for beach lifestyle, fashion, or boutique retail is a plus. Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Attitude and reliability matter more.

Schedule Full-Time:

30 to 40 hours per week

Part-Time:
