We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Bigfork, working across both Mady & Max and The Montana Scene . This role is all about creating a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience while helping customers find products they love—from kids' essentials to Montana-inspired apparel and gifts. This person should be adaptable, team-oriented, and excited to represent two brands under one roof. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Greet every customer with a warm, genuine approach Provide personalized product recommendations across both brands Deliver a high level of customer service that reflects our brand standards Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product questions Sales + Store Support Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Support merchandising updates and seasonal floor changes Operations Operate POS system accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges Assist with opening and closing procedures Help maintain backstock organization and efficiency Communicate customer feedback, inventory needs, and store insights to management Brand Representation Understand and represent both Mady & Max and The Montana Scene brand voices Maintain a positive, team-first attitude Assist with in-store events, promotions, and busy seasonal periods Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons What We're Looking For Someone who is friendly, reliable, and team-oriented A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed Interest in retail, styling, and customer experience Someone who takes pride in keeping a store looking great Perks Employee discount across all brands Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow within a multi-brand retail company
