Retail Store Associate - Cooler and Deliveries

Duties Afternoon shift for multiple days a week(must be available Tuesday & Friday) ; start off part-time and with a possibility to work up to full-time role Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, demonstrating features through product demos when appropriate Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring products are neat, organized, and accessible Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and managing inventory levels Assist with cashiering duties, including processing returns, exchanges, and handling cash accurately Engage customers with friendly communication skills, promoting store promotions and loyalty programs Requirements Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory counts Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with patience and professionalism Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining attention to detail during busy periods Good phone etiquette for professional remote communication when needed Basic math skills for daily retail operations including sales calculations and inventory tracking Join us as a Retail Store Associate to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
