Spaulding Pool & Spa & The Shipping Shop is now hiring a Retail Store Associate for the 2026 pool season! If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. As a Retail Store Associate, you'll assist customers with their pool and hot tub chemical, maintenance, and accessory needs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

In-store water testing Assisting customers with product recommendations Merchandising and stocking shelves Cashiering and general retail duties Helping maintain a clean, organized showroom We're looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic Is dependable, trustworthy, and reliable Has reliable transportation Communicates well with customers and coworkers Maintains a professional appearance Pays attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Thrives in both busy and slower-paced environments Physical requirements include: Standing and walking for extended periods Regular lifting up to 25 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequently lifting products to shoulder height or above

Position Details:
