Retail Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of retail management. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staffing. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among staff. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe shopping environment. Effectively oversee customer orders Design, print & market custom orders Effectively and properly operate printing machinery and software Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the retail industry. Strong background in wireless sales is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in pricing strategies and inventory control. Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times. A passion for selling and enhancing the customer experience through effective product knowledge.
