Role:

Join Trader Buck's Flea Market as a Retail Store Manager and lead our dynamic team in creating a vibrant shopping experience! We're looking for an enthusiastic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and retail management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to maintain stock availability. Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean store environment. Engage with customers or vendors and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Rent booth spaces to new vendors and manage those vendors who already participate.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, vendors and staff. Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in inventory management and merchandising techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; previous management experience a plus. Strong sales skills required.
