Job Description
Job Summary Sunrise Pool and Spa is a family owned, local hot tub and pool company who is seeking an energetic and dedicated Retail/Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our customers, providing exceptional support, a positive sales experience and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a positive attitude to help build strong relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service/office and sales skills. This position provides the opportunity to make extra money through sales commissions on hot tubs. Responsibilities Ability to operate a cash register and assist customers at checkout Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Able to lift moderate loads Strong attention to detail Greet customers when they walk in/call and assist them with inquiries, purchasing product or filling out work orders Manage incoming calls on a multi line phone system with excellent phone etiquette, taking messages, completing work orders and providing information as needed Perform some data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Shopify and QuickBooks to update customer records and process transactions Maintain organized filing systems, customer accounts and ensure accurate record keeping for all customer interactions Assist with clerical tasks including typing, proofreading, filing, managing product inventory and office supplies when needed Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Work most Saturday's Qualifications Experience in customer service and sales is preferred Basic computer skills Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in an environment that can be fast-paced environment at times is preferred Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base more efficiently is a plus but not required Previous sales experience is a plus Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and professional communication style is preferred Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, data entry, calendar management is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding service in a supportive environment that values your contributions! Pay:
