Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring effectiveness and outcomes Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a care team Compassionate approach with a commitment to excellence in resident care Current CPR and First Aid certification required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave Life and supplemental insurance options 401K and employee stock purchase plan Tuition Reimbursement Mountain View Post Acute proudly offers a New Graduate Nursing Tuition Reimbursement Program to support recently graduated LPNs, LVNs, and RNs.
