ASAP Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan (MI RN) Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room/ER nursing Ability to thrive in time-sensitive situations with varying patient populations Proficient clinical and assessment skills Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and care for patients experiencing medical emergencies Administer medications, implement treatments, and monitor patient responses Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination Document assessments and interventions accurately within electronic health records Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge processes Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
